  2. Simplify learnings, identify specific questions arising from the data available

  3. Recommend a clear way forward

 

Advisory projects, often on a fixed-fee basis are often quick and small in nature, primarily providing clarity of thinking from the outputs already available or ensuring that businesses spend the right time challenging what they know or need to know to succeed.
